Welcome to the official web site for Katelyn & Zoe Bachman. Katelyn and Zoe are the only Texans to suffer from a very rare condition called Crigler-Najjar Syndrome. They must sleep under special blue lights every night and get as much sunlight as possible during the day in order to survive. Because of their need for light we call them our "Little Sunflowers". Although we don't understand why we must face these trials, we know that God has a bright future for our children. We rejoice in the fact that He doesn't make mistakes!!!

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."
